Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential new customers and generate business opportunities.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Travel to customer locations to present and discuss the product range.
- Demonstrate technical features and benefits of products to clients.
- Advise customers on technology upgrades and related products.
- Compose tender documents, proposals, and quotations for customers.
- Generate purchase orders and sales receipts accurately.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Attend product training courses and seminars to stay updated on offerings.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
