Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical Sales Executive from the Plastic/Polymer Chemical Industry to drive business growth through technical product presentations, customer need analysis, and revenue generation. The candidate will act as a bridge between principal companies and potential clients, converting technical enquiries into commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products based on technical requirements.
  • Deliver technical presentations highlighting product features, benefits, and applications.
  • Understand and assess enquiries shared by principal companies and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Build, commercialize, and grow revenue through new and existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal and principal teams to deliver high-quality technical and commercial solutions.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Technical Sales within the Plastic / Polymer / Chemical industry.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of polymers, additives, masterbatches, resins, and application-based product recommendations.
  • Gender: Male (as per client requirement).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and technical-selling skills.
  • Ability to independently handle client discussions and convert enquiries into orders.
