Job Description
- Customer service: Provide support to customers in external facilities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Installation, repair, and maintenance: Install, repair, maintain, and test equipment on site
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues
- Reporting: Generate service reports
- Safety: Responsible for complete EHS activities at the Customer site on Veolia Behalf
- Compliance: Adhere to company rules and regulations
