Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Deal Desk Analyst to support our sales operations and ensure smooth end-to-end order-to-cash processes. In this role, you will work closely with Sales Representatives, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to provide consultative, operational, and administrative supportenabling the sales team to focus on core selling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a steward of the order-to-cash process, ensuring adherence to sales policies, processes, and systems.
- Provide consultative support to Sales Representatives on deal desk processes via email, video conferencing, internal messaging tools, and CRM systems.
- Deliver operational and administrative support to Sales Representatives, ensuring timely handling of deal desk cases within defined SLAs.
- Monitor deal desk queues and manage escalations by prioritizing critical cases.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives to gather required information for case resolution in line with company policies.
- Work across NAMER, EMEA, or APAC time zones as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address and resolve deal-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Teams, in-house Deal Desk Teams, and global cross-functional teams.
- Educate Sales Representatives on deal desk processes, best practices, and performance improvement measures.
- Assist in onboarding, day-to-day training, and problem-solving for other team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry, deal desk, quote-to-cash, sales operations, or contract management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Skilled at multitasking and managing a high volume of transactions, especially during month- and quarter-end periods.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of quote-to-cash processes and sales lifecycle (preferred).
- Experience with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or Oracle (preferred).
- Customer-focused mindset and experience interacting with remote teams.
