Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment including W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media platforms, and ATS tools.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates with clients.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and records within ATS systems.
• Negotiate rates and ensure successful closure of positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs.
• Work efficiently in the EST shift to support US-based clients.
