Technical Recruiter - Internship

Role Responsibilities:

• Source and identify IT candidates using job portals and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain recruitment data and assist in reporting metrics

Key Deliverables:

• Timely submission of quality candidate profiles
• Accurate interview scheduling and tracking
• Effective communication with hiring managers and candidates
• Support end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles
