Job Description
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on pre-defined criteria
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and experience, and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits
- Maintain accurate records and reporting on key recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a similar industry
- Person should have at least 2-3 years' experience in SubCon, IT Staffing, or Contract Hiring – must for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience with various sourcing and recruitment techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge of employment law and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
