Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on pre-defined criteria
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and experience, and provide feedback to hiring managers
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salaries and benefits
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting on key recruitment metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools effectively
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a similar industry
  • Person should have at least 2-3 years' experience in SubCon, IT Staffing, or Contract Hiring – must for this role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with various sourcing and recruitment techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field (desirable)
