Key Responsibilities –

• Oversee project management for digitalization initiatives across multiple business areas.
• Provide technical governance for custom application platforms, suggesting performance and reliability enhancements.
• Serve as escalation point for technical delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Convert business requirements into scalable, AI-driven digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, KPIs, and outcomes, reporting updates to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; facilitate change management, user training, and adoption strategies.
• Capture lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
