• Manage integration project plans to deliver in-scope, on-time, and on-budget while handling change control and checkpoints.

• Review quality of work across project teams and ensure adherence to integration standards.

• Ensure support organizations are prepared with proper documentation, workflows, and job aids for smooth transitions.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

• Develop project status reports for stakeholders and organize Project Steering Committees.

• Document lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.

• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and oversee day-to-day operations.
