Project Ownership & Delivery

• Take full responsibility for project delivery from initiation to closure
• Manage planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of projects
• Align project goals with organizational and business objectives

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead large-scale projects with 20+ team members across geographies
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-timezone teams
• Mentor and guide delivery teams to achieve measurable success metrics

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, clients, and project teams

Technical Understanding & Execution

• Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution
• Understand technical architecture, datacenter operations, application migrations, and implementations
• Apply knowledge in Hybrid Cloud, Information & Infrastructure, and Data/AI domains

Process & Governance

• Implement best practices in Agile, Waterfall (mandatory), or hybrid methodologies
• Ensure adherence to governance, quality, and reporting standards

Problem Solving & Adaptability

• Resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and adapt to dynamic environments
• Anticipate risks and implement mitigation strategies
