Technical Project Developer

Estimation & Prototyping:

• Analyze client requirements, review technical specifications, estimate development efforts, and create proof of concept demos.

Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications using React and Node.js.

Client Collaboration:

• Communicate with clients to understand needs, offer guidance, and build customized, business-aligned solutions.

Code Quality & Optimization:

• Write clean, efficient code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal application performance and responsiveness.

Testing & Debugging:

• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and E2E tests to validate application robustness.

Documentation:

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of code, architecture, and development practices.

Continuous Learning:

• Keep up with the latest trends in JavaScript, full-stack frameworks, and best development practices.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience:

• 3+ years in software development, particularly with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.

Technical Proficiency:

• JavaScript (ES6+), React (with Redux or Context API)
• Node.js (with Express framework)
• RESTful APIs, Git, Webpack, npm/yarn
• JWT, OAuth 2.0 authentication mechanisms

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to DevOps and other frameworks like Angular or Vue.js
