Program Management and Delivery

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale SaaS platforms, e-Governance projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Define program scope, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Drive Agile implementation for efficient sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery aligned with defined KPIs and impact metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with senior government officials, CXOs, private sector leaders, and distributed teams to align expectations and deliverables.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing strategic and technical guidance.
• Manage cross-functional communication and ensure seamless collaboration.

Technical Leadership

• Leverage cloud computing platforms and enterprise architectures to drive scalable program outcomes.
• Utilize data analytics tools and SQL for performance tracking and decision-making.
• Guide adoption of emerging technologies such as robotic process automation, data engineering, and advanced analytics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, cybersecurity, and governance frameworks.
