Job Description
- Act as the Product Owner, managing product backlog, user stories, and sprint planning for banking and compliance projects.
- Collaborate with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirement gathering and documentation to delivery and post-implementation support.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Utilize Mainframe DB2 and Advanced SQL to analyze, validate, and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Drive project management activities, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure effective governance and documentation using agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Lead discussions with internal and external auditors to demonstrate compliance with RBI and industry regulations.
- Mentor and guide teams to achieve project goals while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
