Technical Oracle - EBS

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Oracle EBS applications and modules
• Monitor application performance and system health, ensuring optimal functioning
• Analyze EBS performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle EBS
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to address system issues
• Support integrations, data handling, and backend processes using PL/SQL
• Assist in managing modules such as Order Management, Procurement, and O2C cycles
• Ensure proper handling of taxation-related configurations within EBS
• Maintain documentation of system activities, configurations, and issue logs
• Follow best practices and organizational standards for ERP systems
