Job Description

AMK Group is seeking a skilled Technical Oracle EBS Analyst/Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the stability, performance, and operational efficiency of our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. You will be responsible for providing technical support, monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a robust EBS environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Oracle EBS applications, resolving incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze EBS performance metrics, proactively identifying and addressing potential performance bottlenecks or issues.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., functional consultants, developers, infrastructure teams, business users) to address and resolve EBS issues.
  • Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting for EBS applications, including investigation of application errors, data discrepancies, and system failures.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and records of all EBS technical activities, configurations, incidents, resolutions, and system changes.
  • Assist in the application of patches, upgrades, and hotfixes to Oracle EBS modules.
  • Develop and optimize custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE objects) within the EBS framework as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to Oracle EBS best practices, security guidelines, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support or administration role for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and its underlying technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting within EBS.
  • Familiarity with at least one or more core EBS modules (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
  • Experience with EBS monitoring tools and performance tuning concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
