We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Technical Manager - Quality Assurance to lead our QA team in delivering world-class software quality. As a critical part of our engineering leadership, you will define and implement cutting-edge QA strategies, drive automation initiatives, and ensure the seamless performance of our applications across diverse platforms.

• Strategic Leadership : Define and implement robust QA practices, frameworks, and tools to achieve exceptional software quality standards.
• Team Development : Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Automation Expertise : Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test suites, including functional, API, and performance testing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product Development and Management teams to align testing strategies with business goals and development objectives.
• End-to-End Testing : Establish and execute comprehensive testing strategies covering functional, regression, UAT, scalability, and performance testing.
• Metrics-Driven Approach : Track, analyze, and report QA metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall product quality.
• Innovation in Testing : Stay abreast of emerging QA trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes.
• Technical Oversight : Oversee defect management using advanced tools and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Experience :

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in Agile methodology and related test automation techniques.

Technical Skills :

• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or equivalent.
• Expertise in at least one scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, or Shell scripting).
• Strong command of SQL for writing complex queries.
• Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Applied experience with diverse technologies, including web services, batch processing, and web applications.

Tool Proficiency :

• Hands-on experience with test lifecycle management tools like HP ALM or equivalent.

Soft Skills :

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at collaborating across teams and resolving issues efficiently.

Analytical Mindset :

• Strong understanding of testing metrics and their use in driving process improvements.

Educational Background :

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
