Technical Manager – GLOINNT
Job Description
• Lead and own manufacturing and process engineering activities in Aerospace or Automotive regulated environments.
• Manage and optimize Wire Harness & Panel Assembly, Test Bench, and PCBA manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Apply strong working knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 and AS9100 Quality Management System across manufacturing operations.
• Lead design & manufacturing engineering including component selection, schematic support, PCB layout coordination, and card-level testing.
• Drive New Product Development (NPD) from design through production readiness.
• Lead APQP activities (DFMEA, PFMEA, Process Flow, Control Plan, Standard Work) and support PPAP deliverables.
• Manage risk assessment, engineering changes, and configuration control, including design and material impact analysis.
• Define and approve manufacturing planning documents, effort estimation, and tools & equipment selection.
• Utilize strong general electronics fundamentals and EWIS tools & manufacturing processes.
• Lead team skill development, mentor engineers, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
