Technical Lead_Offshore

We are looking for a React Lead with the following responsibilities:

• Strong experience in developing front-end dynamic web applications using React.js and its core principles.
• Should have experience in building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, JavaScript object model, and ES6+ features.
• Responsible for the design and implementation of a seamless user interface, ensuring compatibility and performance across various web browsers.
• Work with other team members in Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements.
• Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software.
• Ability to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Core/Must have skills:

• Expertise in React.js and related tools like Redux, React Router, and Webpack.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end components.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Good to have skills:

• Experience with any public cloud platforms like AWS, using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm framework.
• Should have 10+ years of software application development experience.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
