Technical Leader - Software

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
• Capture explicit and implicit customer and end-user requirements.
• Ensure quality of technical deliverables to meet customer and end-user expectations.
• Support functional and non-functional requirements gathering.
• Develop and own architecture and High-Level Design (HLD) ensuring high-quality technical outputs.
• Collaborate with analysts, designers, and senior developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture standards.
• Guide developers to ensure implementation follows design standards and requirements.
• Assist Project Lead in planning, estimation, dependency identification, reviews, and successful project execution.
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure timely delivery of allocated tasks.
• Support software deployment and post go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects/issues and implement corrective measures.
• Contribute to reusable components, organizational knowledge base, and process improvements to reduce operational cost.
• Mentor analysts, designers, and development teams for efficient performance.
• Conduct team reviews, allocate resources appropriately, and facilitate collaboration.
