Technical Leader - Software

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather and understand explicit and implicit requirements.
• Capture both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with overall project scope.
• Develop, maintain, and own the high-level architecture/design (HLD) of the project.
• Guide Analysts, Designers, and Developers to ensure detailed design and implementation align with architecture, standards, and requirements.
• Assist Product Owner / Architect in preparing detailed project plans.
• Support Project Lead in estimation, dependency identification, reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct peer reviews, root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures for defects/issues.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge base, promoting reusability and reducing operational costs.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance efficiency and technical skills.
• Monitor technology trends and apply relevant innovations to deliver value to the team, customer, and organization.
• Ensure on-time delivery of tasks and adherence to standards and guidelines.
