Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
• Capture both explicit and implicit customer/end-user requirements.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet customer expectations.
• Support functional and non-functional requirements gathering.
• Understand project scope and develop/own HLD or architecture.
• Work with analysts, designers, and senior developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture and standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure code is implemented according to design and standards.
• Assist Product Owner / Architect in developing detailed project plans.
• Support Project Lead in successful execution: estimation, dependency identification, reviews, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to analysts, designers, and developers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for defects/issues.
• Contribute to the organizational knowledge base, reusable code, and components to reduce operational cost.
• Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks and quality compliance with internal processes.
• Promote team collaboration, learning initiatives, and adoption of new technologies.
