Technical Leader - Software

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
• Capture both explicit and implicit customer and end-user requirements, including non-functional requirements.
• Develop and own the technical architecture/HLD, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with Analysts, Designers, and Senior Developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture, standards, and requirements.
• Guide developers to ensure code implementation meets design standards and project requirements.
• Assist Product Owner / Architect in preparing detailed project plans.
• Support Project Lead in project execution: estimation, dependency identification, reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct peer reviews and enforce adherence to standards and guidelines.
• Ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks.
• Support software deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures on defects/issues.
• Contribute to organizational knowledge base, promoting reusability and reducing operational costs.
• Mentor and guide Analysts, Designers, and development teams to ensure efficient performance.
• Help project owners in resource allocation considering project needs, skill sets, and aptitude.
• Drive team collaboration and continuous learning initiatives.
