Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
• Understand customer and end-user requirements (explicit and implicit).
• Support functional requirements gathering and ensure all non-functional requirements are captured.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and quality standards.

Architecture & Design

• Understand project requirements in line with overall scope.
• Develop and own architecture / high-level design and ensure quality technical deliverables.
• Work with Analysts, Designers, and Senior Developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture and standards.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation aligns with design, standards, and requirements.

Project Execution & Delivery

• Assist Product Owner / Architect in developing detailed project plans.
• Support Project Lead in execution including estimation, dependency identification, and reviews.
• Ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
• Conduct peer reviews and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Support software deployment and post go-live activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures for defects/issues.

Quality & Knowledge Management

• Contribute to organizational knowledge base to improve reusability and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure quality of deliverables as per defined processes, minimizing rework.
• Promote reusable code and components.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Guide and mentor Analysts, Designers, and development team members.
• Conduct reviews and resolve issues related to deliverables.
• Assist Project Owner in resource planning based on project needs and team skills.
• Encourage team collaboration and support learning initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Explore new technology trends and apply them to deliver value to the team and organization.
• Stay updated with domain and technology trends.
