Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Interaction

  • Interact with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and expectations.
  • Understand customer and end-user requirements, both explicit and implicit.
  • Support functional requirements gathering.
  • Ensure all non-functional requirements are captured.

Architecture & Design

  • Understand project requirements in line with overall project scope.
  • Develop own architecture / high-level design and ensure high-quality technical deliverables.
  • Work with Analyst Designers and Senior Developers to ensure detailed design aligns with architecture, standards, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure implementation adheres to design standards and meets requirements.

Project Execution & Management Support

  • Assist PO / Architect in developing detailed project plans.
  • Support Project Lead in project execution including estimation, dependency identification, reviews, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and guidelines.
  • Conduct peer reviews and ensure on-time delivery of allocated tasks.
  • Support software deployment and post go-live activities.
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects/issues.

Knowledge Management & Reusability

  • Contribute to organizational knowledge base to enhance reusability and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables as defined by organizational processes to minimize rework.
  • Promote reusability of code and components.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor Analyst Designers and development team for efficient performance.
  • Conduct reviews with team members and resolve issues regarding deliverables.
  • Help Project Owner identify and allocate the right resources based on project needs, skills, and aptitude.
  • Foster team collaboration and learning initiatives as per organizational plan.

Innovation & Technology Awareness

  • Explore new technology trends and apply them appropriately to deliver value to team, customer, and organization.
  • Stay updated on trends in technology and domain-related solutions.
