Technical Lead ( Veeva )

• 7+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Veeva systems (PromoMats, Vault, CRM).
• Strong understanding of Veeva Vault configurations, workflows, metadata, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Experience using JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect tracking tools.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
