Technical Lead - QE

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in real-time with product managers and engineering teams to design test strategies and evaluate the testability of new features.
• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, requirements traceability, automated tests, and test reports.
• Identify use-case-based, end-to-end (E2E), and system-level test cases.
• Communicate product quality status effectively across all organizational levels and deliver accurate product quality snapshots for stakeholders.
• Conduct ad hoc and exploratory testing to detect defects early and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Perform accessibility, internationalization, localization, and performance testing as required.
• Define and implement performance testing strategy for system-level validation and test optimization.
• Lead the design and development of data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid automation frameworks, including UI automation with Selenium WebDriver (Java).
• Execute API testing (REST/SOAP) and/or performance testing using tools like JMeter.
• Build and enhance test automation frameworks or infrastructure from scratch, reporting results in the context of overall system quality.
• Drive quality initiatives and compliance in highly regulated Pharma Supply Chain environments, particularly serialization, track-and-trace, and audit processes.
