Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Architecture:

• Lead the design and implementation of complex data solutions with a business-centric approach.
• Ensure alignment of data architecture with marketing strategies and business goals.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

Development & Data Engineering:

• Develop robust data pipelines and solutions using Python and SQL.
• Apply data engineering best practices to build scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Follow coding standards and best practices for data processing.

Agile & CI/CD Practices:

• Work within Agile teams, contributing to sprints, stand-ups, and ceremonies.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Support marketing and audience targeting initiatives through data insights.
