Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical track, including SAP S/4 HANA, Fiori, OData, PI/PO, and BTP.
• Participate in client meetings to explain ABAP best practices and technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and provide constructive feedback to developers.
• Oversee project delivery, including scoping, bug fixing, and handover processes.
• Manage transport management, development and project environments, and the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to effort estimation for technical workstreams.
• Mentor and guide the development team, ensuring adherence to technical standards and efficient delivery.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Apply expertise in SAP HANA modeling and native development.
• Utilize functional knowledge in Supply Chain Management (SCM) where applicable.
• Experience in Japanese projects is considered a plus.
