Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead, you will be crucial in driving the technical vision of our projects, defining best practices, and leading our development team. This role combines hands-on coding with strategic leadership, taking ownership of the entire development process to ensure quality and alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to strategize, plan, and deliver innovative solutions that form the foundation for scalable and high-performance applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Define the technical roadmap and architecture for projects, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.
• Set coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices for the team.
• Contribute to the development of key features and complex components, focusing on both front-end and back-end tasks.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing quick and effective solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and professional growth.
• Conduct regular technical audits and code reviews to maintain consistency, quality, and performance.
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure smooth communication and effective project delivery.
• Evaluate and implement new tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and code quality.

Skills and Expertise

• In-depth experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Expertise with back-end frameworks: Node.js, Express, Python (Django, Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java/Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in deployment and server management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure for project management (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Svelte or Next.js (preferred).
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (preferred).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) (preferred).

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Specialization/Computers/MCA Computers/M.Sc. in any specialization.
