Technical Facility Executive
Job Description
Role & responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other technical systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of all building systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, AMC, and statutory testing (DG, fire alarm, lift, STP, etc.).
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls.
• Monitor and log utilities consumption and prepare periodic reports.
• Maintain compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Assist in budgeting and procurement of maintenance tools, spare parts, and consumables.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and technical support staff as required.
• Ensure all equipment and systems are operating at optimal efficiency.
•Maintain technical records, AMC agreements, and equipment logs.
