Technical Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

The Electrical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical equipment within the facility. The individual should have extensive knowledge of high-end electrical equipment and their operation, as well as the safety standards necessary for protecting people and property.

Major Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor the functions of building facilities, including lifts, DG set, air conditioning, fire services, water supply, electricity supply, and building work.
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the entire property, ensuring the proper functioning of high-rise building systems and equipment.
• Report and follow up on any customer requests and complaints to the management office for resolution.
• Address any pending issues from the previous shift and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update handover/takeover log books for each shift.
• Regularly check and maintain log books and checklists of all building facilities.
• Prepare and send daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Operations Manager detailing maintenance activities and operational status.
