Technical Demonstration Executive - Freshers

Mantras2success Consultants is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Demonstration Executive to join our client, a leading Home and Building Automation Solutions company in Ahmedabad. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for technology. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to clients at the experience center, contributing directly to the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations: Conduct engaging sales presentations and demonstrations of home and building automation solutions to clients at our experience center.
• Client Engagement & Follow-up: Follow up with scheduled visitors, gather feedback, and pass on relevant data to the sales team.
• Customer Experience: Develop and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the client journey.
• Planning & Reporting: Prepare action plans and schedules for daily demonstrations, and utilize strong reporting skills to track activities.
• Social Media Management: Maintain an active social media presence on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, using your designing and creative skills.
• Tool Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Office & Canva.

Required Skills

• Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills (both oral & written) for clear and effective client interaction.
• Reporting Skills: Ability to compile and present data effectively.
• Market Knowledge: Keen interest in and awareness of the Home Automation, Lighting Control Systems, Audio Video, and Home Theater Systems industries.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
• Client Hospitality: A strong focus on providing exceptional client hospitality.
• Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Time Management and Planning Skills: Efficiently manage time and plan daily activities.
• Designing and Creative Skills: Proficiency in creating engaging content for social media.

Qualifications

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• 0 to 1.5 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experience in a relevant industry (Home Automation, Lighting Control Systems, Audio Video, and Home Theater Systems) would be a plus.
