Technical Consultant-IoT & Edge Computing

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Transformation & Connected Vehicle Strategy:

• Drive initiatives to enhance vehicle connectivity, predictive maintenance, and customer experience using IoT, AI, and cloud technologies.
• Stay current on emerging technologies such as telematics, edge computing, and AI-driven mobility solutions to ensure integration across programs.

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Analyze large datasets from connected vehicles to identify trends, optimize performance, and support predictive analytics for vehicle health.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate insights effectively.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business needs into actionable functional and technical requirements.
• Create and manage BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation aligned with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions across diverse, geographically distributed teams.
• Act as a bridge between business objectives and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration between vehicles, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.

Technical Expertise & Solution Integration:

• Apply knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), systems integration, API-based integrations, edge computing, and scalable application design.
• Support business process re-engineering, hypothesis testing, and performance improvement initiatives.
