Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Consultant – L2 with strong hands-on experience in network and application security technologies. The role involves managing enterprise security infrastructure including firewalls, WAF, Cloudflare services, and basic AWS security, while supporting vulnerability remediation and incident response activities.
Key Responsibilities
Check Point Firewall
- Manage, configure, and enforce firewall security policies
- Monitor firewall health, performance, and apply patches/upgrades
- Troubleshoot incidents and support remediation of VAPT findings
- Conduct periodic audits and maintain security documentation
F5 WAF
- Configure and manage F5 ASM/WAF policies
- Tune WAF rules to mitigate OWASP vulnerabilities (SQL Injection, XSS, etc.)
- Analyze logs, reduce false positives, and collaborate with application teams
- Address WAF-related security findings from VAPT reports
Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, DDoS)
- Configure and optimize CDN caching and performance
- Manage DNS records and implement DNSSEC
- Configure DDoS protection policies and handle security incidents
- Monitor services and maintain operational documentation
Secondary Skills (Good to Have)
- Forescout NAC
- Ivanti Application Controller
Required Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Network & Security Operations
- Strong hands-on expertise in Check Point Firewall, F5 WAF, and Cloudflare
- Basic knowledge of AWS security services and best practices
- Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals
- Experience handling VAPT remediation and incident response
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
