Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate- Java, AWS, Linux
In this role, you will be supporting multiple applications and working on end user requests primarily and make sure user satisfaction on resolution provided.
Responsibilities
.Resolving End User Incidents and Requests by collaborating with other support teams as needed
.Troubleshooting and analysing application logs for incident resolution
.Monitoring alerts and ensure application availability
.Work on Outages and providing root cause analysis
.Participate and get clarifications in daily meetings with client
.Extract and share reports as requested by users
.Documenting new processes and workflows
.Willing to work in 24x7 support
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
.Graduation in Computer Science
.Experience in Linux, Java
.Strong understanding in Relational database concepts
.Good knowledge and experience of SQL
.Good knowledge of XML, CSV, Webservice Testing tools
.Good Knowledge in any ticketing tool
.Troubleshooting and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Knowledge in AWS resources like Step Functions, DynamoDB, SQS, and Lambda functions and CloudWatch
.Knowledge of Cloudwatch/Newrelic/DynaTrace/Kloudfuse
