Inviting applications for the role of Data Center Operations
Responsibilities:
- DC Hands & Feet: Operations and management for the supported systems with hands on experience on physical Datacenter support, operations
- Knowledge on Life cycle management of the hardware and software
- Manage, Configure HPE, Dell Blade and Rack servers and manage and maintenance H/W, Regular check-up of Servers and Storages
- Monitor all software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Centre standards and systems.
- Troubleshooting on physical hardware like blades / standalone / chassis / storage
- Firmware upgrade planning, schedule, and execution in coordination with Operation Lead and Staff team
- Faulty part replacement if required.
- Creating case for hardware issues with vendors.
- Vendor Management and Coordination.
- Coordinate for remote Data Centre Location for scheduled maintenance and support.
- Datacenter Emergency Response
- Follow up Auto Generate email from vendor side
- New setup installation based on the scope.
- Networking site cable connectivity
- Change management for planning outageand CAB
- Assist with process improvements and best practices in data centre operations
- Self-driven and able to work independently and work closely with Customer, Ops Leads and Team

Minimum qualifications / Skills
Bachelor%27s Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred qualifications / Skills
Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
