iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of Technical Architect Sales Velocity.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Technical Architect with 10-12 years of experience in Digital Transformation and full-stack development. You will design and deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions in an Agile environment, driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop full-stack applications supporting Sales Velocity initiatives
• Lead requirement gathering, deployment, and maintenance of solutions
• Apply Agile and Scrum practices for efficient delivery
• Ensure adherence to code reviews, testing, and documentation standards
• Design scalable and resilient systems
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and teams

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience in full-stack application development
• Expertise in end-to-end solution delivery
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Solid knowledge of code reviews, testing (unit, integration, automated), and documentation
• Proven ability to architect scalable and resilient systems

Preferred:

• Experience with large-scale data processing, real-time systems, or Big Data
• Relevant advanced degree or certifications
