Job Description

  • Scope, build, and execute scalable processes for front-line TAMs, while continuously improving efficiency.
  • Monitor account health of Stripe customers and support tooling enhancements for better scalability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, creating high-quality deliverables that maximize product value for users.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities to scale TAM processes in collaboration with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Discover and highlight product or feature expansion opportunities to ensure continued customer success.
  • Who You Are:
  • You're a strategic and analytical professional with deep experience in technical account management, operations, or analytical roles, who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in Technical Account Management, Operations Analysis, or a similar function.
  • Proven expertise in building and modifying SQL queries.
  • Strong business acumen and a clear understanding of customer strategy and drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, detail-oriented outputs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize insights from data and conversations.
  • High level of operational rigor, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Services.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.
