Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and coordinate client incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in Release approval meetings to ensure customer releases are delivered as committed.
- Act as Incident Manager for critical customer incidents when needed.
- Work closely with product and project teams to support successful deployment of client solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in infrastructure, troubleshooting, networking, DevOps, and application development.
- Support cloud-based systems, including AWS, EKS, and Client-Server Linux environments.
- Liaise with global or APAC customers and internal teams effectively.
