Tech System Administrator – Workspace & Remote Access Platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain workspace environments including virtual desktops (VDI), remote access solutions, and endpoint management platforms.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, and take proactive measures to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to remote access, workspace platforms, and associated hardware/software issues.
• Implement changes, upgrades, and patches in alignment with Change Management procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams, engineering, and support desks to resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
• Conduct regular system health checks, audits, and reviews to ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations to support knowledge management and audit requirements.
• Provide end-user support and training for remote access tools and workspace technologies
