TECH MAHINDRA - HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

Tech Mahindra is seeking motivated individuals for the International Voice and Chat Process. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in the BPO sector and engage with global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Voice Process (Freshers Can Apply)

- Chat Process (Relevant Chat Experience Mandatory MIN 6 months of experience on papers)

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Mumbai

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Excellent communication skills can apply

-For Voice Freshers can apply

- Candidates with 6-12 months of international chat process

experience can apply

Selection Process:

- HR Round

- Voice & Accent / Assessment Round

- Ops Round

Compensation:

-Freshers Candidates: Up to 2.9 LPA

- Experienced Voice Candidates: Up to 5.3 LPA (depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)

- Experienced Chat Candidates: Up to 3.5 LPA

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
