Tech Lead Java

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects
• Develop comprehensive project plans that align customer requirements with company goals
• Coordinate across managers and technical personnel during all project phases—from development to implementation
• Continuously monitor project progress and generate detailed reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables
• Train and guide team members to follow procedures and achieve set goals
• Develop, implement, and evaluate quality control processes during the production of deliverables
• Coordinate resources effectively and assign responsibilities appropriately
• Minimize risk exposure across multiple projects by identifying risks and executing mitigation plans
• Manage changes in project scope, anticipate potential crises, and devise contingency strategies
• Act as the single point of contact between the team and management
• Resolve technical challenges and provide mentorship to team members
• Plan team workload to meet delivery timelines and support learning and development
• Design technical architecture focusing on scalability, usability, and security
• Work hands-on with complex modules and engage with product code when needed
