Tech Lead Angular-Front End

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead, Front-End (Angular) to join our team. In this role, you will lead our front-end development efforts, ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable code. You will be instrumental in designing and developing scalable UI components, conducting code reviews, and mentoring developers. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Angular, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the front-end development team, ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components using Angular, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and optimization techniques.
• Maintain a strong focus on performance optimization and accessibility.
• Write and maintain unit tests and end-to-end tests to ensure application stability.
• Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers in design discussions and requirement gathering.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the team.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and implement improvements accordingly.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and monitor front-end application health.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and performance bottlenecks.

Skills

• Expertise in Angular (latest versions).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Akita).
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
• Expertise in writing unit tests (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and end-to-end tests (e.g., Cypress).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integrating the front-end with back-end services.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and version control best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and mentor developers.

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
