Tech Lead Air Treatment

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management & Leadership:
• Lead and execute projects for air treatment products, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, cost control, and risk management.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment for technical growth.
• Report on project progress, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Product Design & Development:
• Oversee product design and development, ensuring that projects follow Ingersoll Rand's Phase Gate process.
• Optimize product designs using best practices, including system architecture, engineering proposals, and validation to meet functional requirements.
• Develop product components in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring design optimization and cost-effective solutions.
• Technical Leadership & Expertise:
• Lead the system integration efforts for air treatment products, optimizing design solutions in a fast-paced project environment.
• Manage core engineering processes, such as DFMEA, safety reviews, DVP&R, root cause analysis (RCA), and sustainability assessments.
• Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, such as CE and PED.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure that engineering deliverables align with business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive design documentation to support product verification and traceability.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise as needed.
• Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
• Foster knowledge sharing across the team, supporting the growth of technical expertise and depth in the air treatment product line.
• Drive process improvements and encourage best practices in product development.
