Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment processes are followed.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with web frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies and services, preferably AWS or Azure.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
