Tech Lead

Job Description:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable desktop applications using C#/.NET Core and .NET Framework.
• Provide technical guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best coding practices, architecture standards, and design principles.
• Oversee implementation of multithreading and messaging architectures for high-performance, reliable solutions.
• Drive initiatives in Windows system management, networking, and application packaging and deployment.
• Leverage PowerShell scripting to automate system tasks, deployments, and configuration management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools like Visual Studio, GIT, GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, and Azure Boards to streamline development processes.
• Define and maintain testing strategies using automated Unit and Integration Testing frameworks such as MSTest, xUnit, or NUnit.
• Guide database integration and optimization efforts, primarily with Oracle DB, while supporting SQL Server when needed.
• Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering technical growth, collaboration, and innovation.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions that meet business and technical objectives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members in English, both written and spoken.
