Tech Lead

We are seeking a Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience as a senior developer to architect and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions. You'll be instrumental in designing and developing complex technical solutions using AWS, Laravel, React, and React Native, while ensuring best practices through regular code reviews. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating cutting-edge software and staying ahead of web and mobile technology trends, including advancements in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to architect and implement scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Design & Development: Design and develop complex technical solutions utilizing AWS, Laravel, React, and React Native (or similar frameworks).
• Code Quality & Maintenance: Maintain and implement features while conducting regular code reviews to ensure best practices and high standards are met.
• Troubleshooting & Risk Management: Efficiently troubleshoot technical challenges, identifying risks and resolving issues to maintain smooth operations.
• Technology Advancement: Stay ahead of trends in web and mobile technologies, including advances in Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs), and integrate relevant advancements.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a senior developer with a strong portfolio of shipped web and mobile applications.
• Deep knowledge of web development principles and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and backend development using Laravel.
• Expertise in Next.js and React for web development, and React Native for mobile app development.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Passion for creating scalable, high-quality software.
• Bonus Points: Experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in web and mobile app development.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
