Tech Communication and Engagement Consultant

Teamware Solutions is seeking a skilled Tech Communication and Engagement Consultant to bridge the gap between our technical innovations and diverse audiences. You will drive understanding, foster collaboration, and enhance engagement around our technology initiatives through clear, compelling communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for complex technical projects, products, and internal initiatives.
• Create high-quality, clear, and engaging technical content, including documentation, presentations, internal newsletters, blogs, and training materials.
• Facilitate workshops, town halls, and other forums to promote understanding and engagement with technical topics across all levels of the organization.
• Translate intricate technical concepts into easily digestible language for non-technical stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
• Act as a key liaison between engineering, product, operations, and client-facing teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and impactful messaging.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adapt strategies for continuous improvement and maximum reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Communicator, Engagement Specialist, or Consultant in a technology-driven environment.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to simplify and articulate complex technical information effectively.
• Strong hands-on experience in creating diverse technical content for various formats and audiences.
• Ability to effectively engage, influence, and build relationships with various stakeholders across technical and business functions.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and general technology concepts.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for leading discussions and workshops.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication impact and inform future strategies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with communication platforms and knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, internal social platforms).
• Background in marketing, public relations, or change management within a technology company.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Basic graphic design, multimedia, or video editing skills for enhancing content creation.
