Teamcenter Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Teamcenter Administrator to manage and support our Teamcenter environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installation, administration, and upgrading Teamcenter, with a strong focus on both 2-Tier and 4-Tier architectures. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our PLM system, troubleshooting issues, and managing integrations to support our engineering workflows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Teamcenter Installation and Configuration:
• Install Teamcenter in both 2-Tier and 4-Tier environments.
• Manage and configure Active Workspace (AWC).
• Handle Teamcenter NX Integration.
• Upgrades and Maintenance:
• Perform Teamcenter upgrades across different versions, preferably using Deployment Center (DC).
• Upgrade Business Modeler Integrated Development Environment (BMIDE) and handle related code upgrades involving ITK, Java, and configurations.
• Conduct the day-to-day administration of the Teamcenter environment, including data modeling and configuration management.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
• Analyze and resolve Teamcenter issues with a focus on problem-solving.
• Provide support for existing Teamcenter installations and integrations.
• Integration and Technical Knowledge:
• Work with Teamcenter Integration.
• Apply knowledge of CAD tools to support integrated environments.

Skills

• Strong knowledge in the installation of Teamcenter in both 2-Tier and 4-Tier environments.
• Expertise in Active Workspace (AWC) and Team Center NX Integration.
• Experience in upgrading Teamcenter and proficiency in using Deployment Center (DC).
• Ability to upgrade BMIDE and handle code upgrades (ITK, Java, configurations).
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter Administration, data modeling, and configuration management.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Teamcenter Integration.
• Knowledge of CAD tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
