Job Overview: As a Team Member Diamond in central kitchen, you will produce V4V7 and BevD items, maintain food safety standards, and handle mise planning and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn central kitchen preparation methods and packaging
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• Manage inventory using FIFO system and barcodes
• Perform sanitization tasks and mise-en techniques
• Follow recipe guidelines and planogram storage protocols
• Produce consistent quality items and manage bulk orders
• Check food quality and provide feedback

Requirements

• High school diploma (culinary education a plus)
• 15+ months experience in kitchen environment
• Intermediate understanding of kitchen operations
• Inventory management proficiency
• Packaging and dispatching experience
